We are so glad that things are warming up and the fishing is steady daily! Both me and Captain John have had some great trips this past week and the beautiful weather we have been having has the fishing improving by leaps and bounds. We saw some of the first spanish last week as well as a continued strong bonito bite, the bluefish have been very consistent and the sea bass and grey trout have been present also, we have even managed a couple of tautogs. The even better news is the groupers reopened May 1st and we have another tasty species we can target! We are looking for the first kings in the coming weeks as well as amberjacks and cobias.
