Late June Topsail Fishing Report
Here we are late June and I am making the time to put in a report! We have been running pretty steady all summer so far, almost every day! Fishing has been great and we are putting many happy people onto some super fishing.
We have been catching spanish mackerel, sharks, amberjacks, cobias, seabass, and drum on our 5 hour trips. These trips have been mainly offshore, but a few that we have done inshore have had some fine catches.
On our 7 and 9 hour trips we have been getting a little further offshore to where the king mackerel and mahi mahi are. For some reason they have not moved in close yet, but the fishing a little further offshore has been very worthwhile for the longer trips. As well as the trolling the bottom fishing on these trips has been producing snapper, sea bass, and grouper.
Fishing has been solid and we are looking forward to having you on board, there are still many great days of fishing ahead, the only thing missing is you, give us a call!
